At APG Pictures, we believe your data is your own. This Privacy Policy explains how SplitLens (the "App") handles your information.

Camera and Microphone Access

SplitLens requires access to your device's cameras and microphones to function. This access is used strictly in real time to capture the video and audio you request. We do not remotely monitor, record, or transmit your camera feeds or audio. All capture and processing happens on your device.

Photo Library Access

We request access to your Photo Library solely to save your recorded videos directly to your device. SplitLens does not upload, analyze, or share any media from your library.

No Data Collection

SplitLens does not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information, analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or usage metrics to our servers or to any third party. We do not run our own backend. The App contains no third-party analytics, ad, or tracking SDKs.

No Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect your data, we have nothing to share, sell, or rent to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Subscriptions and Payments

SplitLens Premium subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect or have access to your payment details, credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Children's Privacy

SplitLens is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and, when the App requires new permissions or capabilities, we will describe them in the App Store release notes for the affected version.
