Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SplitLens (the "App"), provided by APG Pictures ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App itself.

Your Content

All photos and videos you capture with SplitLens belong to you. The App processes and stores your media locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to record any people, places, or material captured with the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing recording, privacy, and consent in your jurisdiction. You may not use the App to record others without their consent where such consent is legally required, or for any unlawful, harassing, or infringing purpose.

Subscriptions and Payments

SplitLens offers an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free Trial

Recordings made during a free trial may include a watermark. Purchasing a Premium subscription removes the watermark from new recordings. Trial availability and terms may change at our discretion and are subject to Apple's policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version. Multi-camera capture depends on your device's hardware capabilities, which vary by model.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APG Pictures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, recordings, or profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of APG Pictures, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
